I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Susan is an outstanding host! She’s so sweet, professional, helpful and genuinely thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made my experience a 10/10. Cute place and the balcony is great, I especially like sitting in the chase lounge near the window to work. It was clean and had everything you need and easy to get in and out

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless and well stocked with essentials. It’s centrally located to many attractions like the Railroad Park and Sloss Furnaces. I loved that Publix was across the street and there were quick eateries on the same block. As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and we look forward to staying here again!

What a wonderful find, from the first time I contacted Jimmy he was so kind and helpful, each time I reached out to him he responded quickly. When we arrived the house was just as described and then some, even had out nascar decor which was amazing since that's what we were there for. If we make it that way again it's a definite stay again. 👍👍👍

The location of this hoke is the true definition of peaceful. It is secluded while still being minutes away from stores & food options. There was everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious with a grill outside. The beds were cozy and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This is a very lovely place to stay. The decor is creative and artistic, and the decks overlook trees where we enjoyed sitting with our coffee and tea cups, watching lots of bird activity. The beds and bedding were really comfortable (with exceptional pillows!) and it was quiet for sleeping. Nice well-supplied bathrooms, too. Everything was shiny clean and there was plenty of room for our six family members. If you want to cook, make sure you bring everything you need to prepare the food. We mostly just made breakfast, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The location is very convenient, and we walked to downtown every day. The one thing I would change is that I would make it clear whether or not the ground coffee was gratis, and I would have some Half-and-half or milk available in the fridge. Overall, this a wonderful, private home and Ryan had taken great care to make us feel welcome.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.
