Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. We are committed to providing you a unique, peaceful and comfortable escape from the world. We welcome any feedback that will help us improve the Chipmonk or the experience.

Intimate and Cozy Studio Guesthouse (C)

Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. This restored home, once the only Hospital, is surrounded by Aspens, beautiful views and wildlife. There are three comfortable bedrooms. The bathrooms are one full with a walk-in shower and one half bath off the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped that any cook would enjoy. The large patio has a great sitting area to relax and appreciate the view. The house is located on a quiet dead end street and you are only a 5 minute walk to the Casinos or Opera House in Central City.
