Dimora eccezionale, bellissima ed accogliente. Suddivisione degli interni molto razionale ed efficace. Abbastanza raro trovare una soluzione come questa, che soddisfi sia il gusto estetico che la praticità funzionale. Appartamento molto pulito ed hosts assolutamente disponibili e prontissimi nelle risposte. Grande attenzione anche ai dettagli, che rendono piacevolissima la permanenza. Assolutamente consigliato

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung stand ein von Giulias Mutter selbst gebackenes Osterbrot auf dem Tisch. Der Empfang war herzlich, der Check in völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Das gleiche gilt für den Checkout. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Giulia und ihre Mutter Giovannasind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in San Marino. Auch findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Daumen hoch für alles und vielen Dank für eure Herzlichkeit.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

ottimo appartamento, comodo per parcheggio e abbastanza vicino al centro. la punta di massimo gradimento è stata la soluzione x il letto: niente coperte, copriletti o piumini non lavatabili ad ogni cambio di ospiti ma sacco copri piumino, veramente l unica soluzione igienica x il letto. complimenti!

Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati un paio di giorni nell'appartamento di Marianna e siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento era pulito ed accogliente, corrispondeva esattamente alle foto ed alla descrizione nell'annuncio. Inoltre abbiamo particolarmente gradito la colazione fornita. La zona è tranquilla e centrale, ci si può facilmente muovere a piedi per visitare i vari monumenti. Marianna è stata molto gentile e sempre proattiva. Soggiorno consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Silvia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, beantwortet Fragen und kommt auch vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, alles geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Nicoletta è stata disponibilissima fin da subito per qualsiasi mia esigenza. C'è stato un piccolo disguido su AirBnb inerente al parcheggio ma la host si è messa subito in gioco per risolverlo. Credo che questo faccia la differenza quando si prenota un airbnb. La posizione è perfetta se si ha bisogno di trascorrere più giorni c/o il Palacongressi, è letteralmente di fronte. Super consigliato per chi, come me, si muove con molti chili di attrezzatura fotografica o comunque da lavoro.

Letizia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ihre Unterkunft befindet sich in einem idyllisch gelegenen Anwesen, ist großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang stand mir ebenso zur Verfügung, wie eine Fernbedienung für das elektronischen Rolltor. Dank der umfangreichen Ausstattung fehlte es mir an nichts und ich habe mich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Letizias warmherziger Empfang bestand darin mir einen frisch gebackenen traditionellen „Ciambella“-Kuchen bereitzustellen. Eine schöne Geste die ich sehr zu schätzen weiß! Grazie di cuore e tanti auguri!

Siamo stati ospiti de La Casetta B&B e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica! La proprietaria, Elisa è stata davvero accogliente e ospitale. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e ben arredata. Il trattamento personalizzato e l'attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Un luogo incantevole ed accogliente. Carmen e Massimiliano sono la gentilezza in persona: mi sono sentita a casa e coccolata. Mi mancherà fare colazione in giardino godendo della pace del posto e delle deliziose torte di Carmen. La camera è comoda e spaziosa. In generale, la zona è stupenda e merita sicuramente una visita. Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

Antonella hat uns äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit empfangen. Wir haben Empfehlungen für die Stadt bekommen und uns allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war inklusive Bad sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war fantastisch (ausreichen und lecker). nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez lucas. tout a été parfait. une résidence entretenue avec soin, parfaitement propre. la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit, une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien copieux avec des produits frais et de qualité. concernant lucas il est à l'écoute de ses clients, arrangeant et très agréable. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
