Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

BigSkyHilltop is located in a picturesque area 10 minutes from Amherst Center and close to 5 colleges; views for 50 miles; There are lots of hiking and cross country trails close by. If you'd prefer a little more privacy and a private bathroom, check our other Airbnb listing titled 'Private Suite and bathroom/full breakfast.' Joan and Josette have been fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to protect our guests -- we require that our guests have also been fully vaccinated before their arrival.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Ready cooked meals are fine.

15 minutes from the University of Connecticut on pristine Coventry Lake. Our B&B has all modern amenities. We offer a second floor bedroom and a private bath in our recently built home. Welcome to the Double B! Please note our check-in time is between 4-6 pm. This is very important as we are a busy ranch and retire early. We have 2 rooms (see B&B at the Double B Ranch ll for 2nd room) . The 9 acre ranch is located in a quiet, private section of Chiltonville, Plymouth.
