Wir haben die alten Lehmfachwerke wieder aufgemauert, die uralten Dielen freigelegt und an die Wände kam nur feinste Lehmfarbe. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
