We had an enjoyable week in Perth. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, yet surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The space was comfortable and suited our needs well. The only downside was the lack of hot water during our visit, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a pleasant experience. thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay, it was a great little hideout, close to the beach, and freo but more importantly to where we needed to be for work. You could feel the love as you walked in and self contained and private so didn’t feel the need to go out if we didn’t need to, especially with a 3 month old we all felt relaxed and extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again, and longer next time to see the beaches and take in the beautiful surroundings.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Great and comfortable place and well worth the money

Alan is a great host, very responsive, caring, proactive and helpful with everything including all tips about sightseeing, public transport, dining out, takeaways etc. His place has a great location; it's very private, spacious, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend! Thanks Alan for everything! We will be back!

Amanda was very friendly, and the AirBnB felt safe and private. We stayed as it is nearby the airport, and we were in the process of moving to a different country. Amanda made the entire process so much easier, given that pets are allowed to accompany you. The AirBnB feels very homely and it has everything you could possibly need. It is also in a great location, the nearby Maylands Train Station can have you in Perth CBD within ten minutes. We took advantage of the lovely walkable bars, as well as the amazing restaurants in the nearby Mount Lawley. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The house and room were clean, and the couple renting it out were friendly and welcoming. The bus stop was nearby, making it easy to get around.

The host Nathan provided excellent service from beginning to end. The living experience was great. He explained in detail the use of the equipment in the room and the travel rules, and was willing to solve any problems.

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

I had a lovely 10-day stay at Nathan's place. 1) Nathan is an excellent host. Responds quickly. Very friendly. Proactive. 2) The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. 3) I had my own bathroom. It was very clean. 4) The kitchen has everything one would need to cook or have a quick bite. 5) Doing laundry and drying my clothes were easy. 6) The house is very secure and private. I highly recommend his place!
