Quiet house with relaxing patio and garden area. Great location for morning walk to the beach and around Lake Coogee. Short drive to nearby shopping centres. Our family had a lovely stay.

I stayed in Manisha's place for 10 days and it was great! She was extremely helpful and warm, but also ensured that I had my space. The room and bathroom and the rest of the house was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since it was only me, the room seemed a bit on the expensive side, and I think it wouldve been better value for money if there were two people. However, considering the great neighborhood, and the wonderful house, I got what I paid for. Very happy to have stayed at her place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Perth.

Great host excellent communication, amenities as listed, close to business stops, Cockburn Gateway shopping centre and Cockburn Central station not far away. Great price. Highly recommend.

Rickie & Reagan has been a wonderful host for my parents during their stay & visit over in Perth. They are very friendly to our family and very helpful in assisting us while in their accomodation. Greatly recommended, especially for those looking a very serene and peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city. Their accomodation sits on apparently new residential area, which is a plus benefit for us.

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Tolle ruhige Lage und doch so zentral. Mit Liebe eingerichtet! Klimaanlage auch bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr effizient!

A conveniently located place which is dog friendly. Dogs don't have direct access from the guest wing to the backyard but Ning helped with allowing pets into the main wing of the house to access the back yard for toilet stops. Ning was also really helpful in puppysitting my two crazy little dogs while I had a lot of work commitments during the day.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. Everything was thoughtfully curated including the bonus coffee pods, bathroom staples and inflatable toys for the pool. Highly recommended A++.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

A lovely place to stay. Comfortable, clean and close to Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay and the city centre. Directions and instructions were spot on. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Firstly the location was excellent, close enough to walk the city and far enough to feel away from it with greenery all around. There was some noise from the main road but only really noticeable during rush hours. The apartment was furnished with everything you need. The look of the apartment and whole building complex is modern and well presented. We didn’t need to contact Flaka throughout the stay as all instructions were clearly given. For those nights in when tired, uk peeps, if you have one, bring a fire stick as the tv is not fully smart but massive :-). In summary, lovely fully loaded apartment (super fast lifts), great location and lovely host. Worth the money if you want a central location. Oh, and look up ‘the good grocer’ in Meads street if you need a night in meal or nice wine!

We had a fabulous stay at Lyda’s property. Great location, close to the city, Kings Park and the freeways. Lyda’s instructions were very clear. Lovely setting decor. Projector tv in the main bedroom was a treat for a family movie night. Lovely welcome gift. Well equipped kitchen with all the basics to cook a meal at home. Everything was really clean when we arrived. Little touches like the kids games were appreciated. Great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great — close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made our stay very comfortable, especially with our young child. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. I loved this apartment. Everything is beautiful, clean, immaculate and generous. The apartment has beautiful views of South Perth parks, city views, Elizabeth Quay and the river. We walked to many places i.e. cafes/restaurants, around the river, etc. I would not hesitate to book and recommend this place.
