Classic Comfort by the Park

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

The Connolly Guest House is ideal for anyone attending a function at the internationally-renowned Joondalup Golf Resort, visiting Edith Cowan University (many of our guests are studying, lecturing or doing research there), Joondalup Health Campus, or for people visiting relatives in the northern suburbs. stylish self-contained guest house, set in a beautiful and peaceful area just 10 minutes’ walk to Mullaloo Beach. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or parents with a young baby. It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -6 minutes’ walk to the station . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house . Kallaroo Garden Cottage

Kallaroo Garden Cottage is a self-contained cottage nestled between the suburbs of Hillarys and Mullaloo. One bedroom en-suite with a double sleeper couch in the lounge room, private verandah with BBQ and use of the heated swimming pool! Private entrance and parking. It is only a 10-minute walk from the pristine Mullaloo beach and parks, and the Mullaloo Beach Hotel with bar and restuarants.

Le Petit Retreat

Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.
