We had a wonderful time. Great Host, beautiful place, walking distance to train and beach.

Marg was so helpful the whole time and the communication was clear and prompt. The house was beautiful with a lovely courtyard which we enjoyed. She even had some drinks and biscuits for us which was appreciated. It was a great stay and we all loved it. 10/10 for service and the house.

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

We absolutely loved staying at John’s place, the best place we have stayed in Perth. John and Alison are so welcoming, friendly and easy going. We were instantly made to feel at home. The house was so clean, spacious and quiet. Good public transport links and a lovely area. We thank you both for hosting us.

We visit Perth frequently to see family and always return to Lilian’s place. It is a little gem. Lilian is a most gracious and warm host who takes a friendly and helpful interest in all her guests. She ensures that the atmosphere in her home is peaceful and quiet but always interesting. Lilian’s home is spotlessly clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for public transport, shops and restaurants. We visited this time in a heat wave and were very grateful for our air conditioned bedroom. Thank you Lilian.

Es war einfach ein unbeschreiblich wundervoller Aufenthalt hier bei Anne und Nic. Sie sind super nett, man fühlt sich hier gleich wie zu Hause. Ich bekam sehr viele Tips für Unternehmungen. Ein rundum gelungener Start hier in Perth. Vielen Dank für diese wundervollen 6 Tage bei euch. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten, es ist ein Traum. ❤️🙏

Ann's place is spacious and homey. A wonderfully equipped kitchen, however remember to bring your own oils and things as it is not stocked. Coffee Machine with Milk Warmer! There are some pods provided, and Ann provides a lovely continental breakfast kit for you. The back patio is beautiful, however the backyard is filled with building things. The Carlisle Train Station was still being built when I stayed there, so getting around is best if you have a car or Ubers. It's about a 10min walk to the Bus Stop, and you'll need a card before you ride. Movement Systems sells bikes and offers a buy back system, so once I had a bike, it was much easier (there are lots of hills around though). Unfortunately, don't count on having friends over as there is a strict policy; not even friends are allowed over. The internet is so painfully slow, with less than 5mb/s download speed. All round comfy stay at Ann's house. Thank you!

Fiona couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival, it was a lovely introduction to Australia. I told her I was vegan and Fiona then provided lots of vegan breakfast goodies, she went above and beyond. Bikes provided along with loads of local knowledge and even a lift to the ferry in the morning which was so kind of her! Lovely lady x

We had a lovely 5 days here. Kate goes above and beyond as a host! Was perfect for a family with a young baby. Plenty of car parking spaces for a car. Lovely views from studio. Great folder of recommendations on things too do , would definitely recommend

The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well appointed, comfortable, family friendly, and close to the beach and promenade restaurants and cafes. Instructions to access the onsite parking and apartment were extensive and clear. The most impressive part of our experience was the helpfulness and extremely responsive co-host, Zeke. From the day we booked to the day we left Scarborough, Zeke was always ready to answer our questions, provide information and helpful tips and his response time is immediate. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, reliable and well located space.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

If you’re looking to kick back and relax, feel pampered and unplug from the world, this is the perfect place for that. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hospitality. The bed lived up to the hype - so comfy! And the brekkie was so nourishing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

Lovely host and we are very happy with the accommodation. It was plenty big enough and well appointed. There were also lots of those little touches that make somewhere just that bit more special. No hesitation in recommending this place and we hope to come again.

An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys
