No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

The lake precinct is a great place to go for a walk, see local birdlife, find quiet contemplation or work out on the free exercise machines. The Standalone Granny Flat is at the back of the main house (main house is Grey in colour with a picture frame of Buddha) Please park vertical on the lawn area in front of the main house. Parking is only for 1 car. No cleaning charges guest to make sure to clean the unit before checkout and bins emptied. No Loud Noise after 6pm No extra guest allowed Situated in the Morley Suburb this property puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options. Kitchen facilities available

The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops
