On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

"Seahorse Cottage" Iluka NSW

Seahorse Cottage is situated in a quiet part of town, close to river and a short walk to shops. The guest house is a spacious building which opens out onto a modern deck with BBQ and garden. This property has internal stairs with two large, comfortable bedrooms situated upstairs. The bedrooms have been recently airconditioned for your comfort in humid or very cold weather. The downstairs living area is airconditioned.

Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!
