Leesa and Mark’s place was beautiful and extremely clean. My friend and I met for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it was perfect. The house is peaceful, quiet, modern and well kitted out. Emerald beach is beautiful and it was lovely being about to walk to the beach and the local cafe/ bar. We loved sitting on the back deck for a morning coffee or with a charcuterie board and wine. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed townhouse. Amazing views, close to everything. Slept very well on comfy beds. Quiet location.

Andrew’s beach house is very charming, comfortable and the best spot to get away. The ocean views were just so beautiful, great big couch to relax and take it all in, and falling asleep to the sound of waves was very relaxing. It is perfectly located, just across from the beach, a lovely short walk to the pools, and to Bay St local which has great coffee! Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back.

A dream beach house in a magical part of the world! We spent hours on the balcony just watching and listening to the waves! The hosts were responsive and flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we’ll hopefully be back again next year!

Loved our stay especially the fifties/beach vibe of the home.the view and location an added bonus. Was great to open pantry and have the basic essentials supplied also in the ,bathrooms and laundry. We were a group of 6 adults visiting Yamba for a wedding. The ladies would have liked one full length mirror and a little hanging space but other than that loved it and would definitely book again and would be great for a family with children 😊😊😊😊

A very modern townhouse within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Our family loved it here and will definitely be back to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The kids were impressed with the outdoor bath and the adults enjoyed the Sauna. The place was very spacious, well laid out and beautifully furnished. Location to attractions and the beach was great and the management were responsive. The doggo also had a great time with good outdoor space for him.

Our extended family of 10 people fit easily in this house without feeling cramped. It has a really beautiful view and it’s a short walk to a very cute little beach. It was kid friendly. The coffee beans and coffee machine are a lovely touch. We would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at Laloma. The open floor plan of the top of the house allows for everyone to hang out together while cooking, lounging, etc. The bedrooms downstairs provide quiet and comfortable places to hide away from the group for a nap. The house is beautifully decorated with a beach/midcentury vibe and great photography and artwork making you feel at home rather than in generic vacation rental. Various beaches are in walking distance and so are the Angourie swimming holes.

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend away. The pool and spa were amazing and the house had everything to make our stay complete, including an incredible coffee machine and very comfy beds. The amenities were extremely clean and there were lots of places to hang out and relax. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay here and hope to be back next year!

Absolutely brilliant location. 2 small cafes for morning coffee and beach in walking distance. The natural pool is such a great bonus. We managed to order a taxi in advance earlier in the day to get to Yamba for a dinner and they were so helpful in letting us book for the trip home as well. Accommodation has so many useful amenities provided for a well stocked easy holiday. Loved our time there, only wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful location with a stunning outlook, we could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation. While a few things did not quite go to plan with the house, the property management team were outstanding and super responsive - nothing was an issue and solutions/repairs were completed the same day. The house is perfect for a few families with space inside and outside, plenty of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms for all. Throw in what can only be described as a stunning outlook and we could not have been happier - thanks for a great week.

Villa Sol is a real gem. Fantastic location s stone throw from charmy Spooky Beach and basically walking distance to Angourie Point and another couple of minutes down to back beach so you have all surfing options covered. Also Angourie natural pools are just across the road providing more outdoor entertainment in between surfs. The villa is pristine. Very private, lots of character, great design. Kitchen could not be better equipped, so you can properly stock up and cook virtually anything: All pot/pan sizes, baking trays , great bbq and plates, cutlery , feels like a real home! Sofas and beds super comfy , outdoor deck is roofed, so protected from elements but yet feels very outdoor and immersed in local vegetation Nava is a great host. Super friendly, responsive bespoke and thoughtful in her answers, you can tell she loves this place and this town and she is proud to share a piece of her paradise with guests. Our go-to place in north coast NSW!

Had a great week with our kids and dog. Access to the pool and tennis is fantastic. Nice big garage with surfboards, tennis gear and beach accessories. The backyard is secure and the dog had plenty of space to run around. House is 5min walk to the beach which is off leash and stunning

We spent a wonderful four nights here with our 5-year-old daughter. The property looks exactly like the photographs, and it was incredibly clean, well-appointed and private. The weather was amazing, so we made full use of the well-appointed, cozy outdoor area and spent lots of time on the sun loungers and in the fantastic pool. The location was great with the beaches and main attractions only a short drive away, and the supermarket was within walking distance. Our communication with the agency managing the property was great, they provided very clear instructions on location and access to the property. We also met one of the owners on the day that we departed who was very warm and friendly. For a chilled weekend away in NSW - I would highly recommend this property.
