"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival.

The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

This cozy 8'x20' shipping container tiny home is located on three acres that overlooks the the Grand Valley. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation.
