Our fully fenced 3 bedroom house is situated on the crnr of Pine Cr and Aleppo Av. It sleeps up to 8 people on 2 bunks, (4 singles), 2 single beds which can be pushed together if necessary, and a queen size in the main. All beds (with new mattresses) are in air conditioned rooms & the property also has a sofa bed in the lounge room,which can be made to sleep two more if required. The property is located one house back from the esplanade, on a raised corner block looking out over Coffin Bay.

The house is north facing with large windows looking out onto a private garden. The separate pavilion which houses the kitchen and dining area can be opened up to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor space. The driveway is a shared space with Sinclair cottage which is situated at the rear of the property. Pet Friendly.
