So many superlatives. Bek’s place is warm and inviting. A large scrubbed timber board awaited us. Laden with a lovely sourdough loaf, butter, homemade berry jams, a bowl of large fresh eggs and many varied condiments. Enough to last us for 4 days ! The views and particularly the sunrises from the living and bathrooms are stunning. We even had 4 pheasants visit us twice. Wrens hopped and fossicked throughout the garden through out the days. It truly is a delight to be immersed in this environment. Bek’s sense of style was evident throughout. THE most comfortable bed, French linens, intriguing art works, watercolours and painting materials are available, small jugs filled with local dried flowers, unusual objects , all with a history , scattered through out. A feast for the eyes and one’s spirits. So pleased we had this time there.

Lovely house in a quiet area, a close drive from Coles Bay ‘town centre’ and Freycinet National Park. House was spacious for a family of five and nicely furnished. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only things lacking (no criticism as they were not advertised as being available) are a dryer, wifi and a smart tv. Would be a perfect stay with these but, regardless, a lovely spot to stay.

We loved this place. Gorgeous view out to sea and brilliantly located. We walked into town a few times (it’s about 25 mins) but the 5 min drive is easy enough too! Bicheno has everything you need and there’s lots to do within driving distance. We wished we’d stayed a little longer than the 3 nights as we were so relaxed and this place is so comfortable. Coffee from Peggy’s and Governors was fantastic, pizza and beers from Food n Brew were delicious then there’s the wine from the Shed… also delicious. The IGA was brilliantly stocked too. We would return in a heartbeat

Had a lovely time at Diamond retreat too. communication from the owners was great. The view each morning was beautiful, quiet and serene. The house had everything you needed for a short stay.

One of the best decisions so far on our trip, stopping at Bicheno as base for our Freycinet park day trips. Just a quick 30min drive and Bicheno happened to be absolutely beautiful. Lee & Sophie's Ocean View Retreat was just incredible. Right in the outside of the city centre but only 4min drive to the shops, you're rewarded with a view that is difficult to beat! The peaceful atmosphere and all the amenities in the unit (cooking utensiles, laundry machine, etc) made this place somewhere where I would happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Tasmania.

The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The location is great, with a short walk through to the amazing beach. Was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided as the listing included it and previous reviewers commented on how good the breakfast provisions were.

Loved it here so much! Great location and beautiful apartment. We wish we could have stayed forever!

We spent 4 nights here.The place was really clean and welcoming. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals here. Super handy to have the washing machine. The fact that you have access to the amenities of white sands estate was just fantastic, we played putt putt golf, swam, played tennis and checked out the cinema and had a wine tasting. We did lots of walks and watched the wildlife. I appreciated that there was a box of kids books in the bedroom. Beds were comfy. We would love to come back again, we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks guys.

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .
