Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Notre séjour chez Antonio à été très agréable. Son appartement est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à côté du grand canal. Antonio à ete très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Merci !!!

Probably one of our best AirBnB experiences. Anna Paola is an amazing host, the place is beautiful, and breakfast was epic. We were 12 minutes away from the main parking in Venice, making the visit a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

Ons verblijf hier was echt geweldig, ontzettend genoten! De B&B is gevestigd in een rustigere buurt wat erg prettig is. De meeste bekende toeristische highlights zijn goed te lopen qua afstanden vanaf de B&B. Ontbijt kan vanaf 8 uur worden geserveerd. Dit word geserveerd op een klein karretje en word voor je deur gezet. Toen we hadden gevraagd of er in de stad een mogelijkheid was om te wassen gaf Antonella aan dat dat lastig kon worden op een zondag, ze stelde zelf voor dat zij onze was kon doen. Nogmaals, geweldige locatie en goede service! Ik zou zeker nog eens terug komen! :)

L’interazione per la prenotazione è stata rapida. Ho soggiornato per esigenze di lavoro e quindi con orari particolari ma non è stato un problema adattare gli orari di check-in e check-out. L’accoglienza è stata calda ed ospitale come se ci si conoscesse da tantissimo tempo. Struttura pet friendly, non ha avuto problemi ad accogliere i miei due Labrador Retriever. L’alloggio pulito, ordinato ed accogliente, non mancava nulla, sembrava di essere a casa propria, lontano da rumori e traffico. A servizio degli ospiti anche una rete wi-fi con connessione abbastanza veloce. Parcheggio interno. A disposizione anche un piccolo giardino molto curato. Tornerò sicuramente.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Francesca's room was located off the main island of Venice, so we needed to use the water bus service to get around. However, Francesca provided clear and detailed instructions on how to use the water bus and where to buy full-day passes, which made it easy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we especially loved the towel warmer. She also gave us great local recommendations for dining and must-see attractions during our stay. It was a nice bonus getting to meet her adorable cats too!

Ottimo alloggio, molto vicino al centro. Fornitissimo sotto ogni aspetto e molto comodo. Luca si è dimostrato veramente disponibile con noi per ogni nostra richiesta. Ritorneremo, prima o dopo!

Kann ich nur empfehlen! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse verleiht dem Ganzen eine besondere Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist ideal, um Bologna bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez lucas. tout a été parfait. une résidence entretenue avec soin, parfaitement propre. la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit, une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien copieux avec des produits frais et de qualité. concernant lucas il est à l'écoute de ses clients, arrangeant et très agréable. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Sólo he estado 1 noche, pero ha superado la expectativa. El lugar es tranquilo, muy bonito, de postal, una casa colgada en lo alto de una montaña en los Apeninos, entre Castel dell'Alpi y San Benedetto Val di Sembro. La habitación es completa, acogedora, se duerme bien. Las vistas, preciosas. Y Nina, la anfitriona, pendiente de todo desde antes de la llegada; flexible con la hora de entrada, y prepara un café italiano delicioso. El desayuno continental incluido en el precio es, no de 5, de 6 estrellas. Y no sólo eso, sino que además la anfitriona da información de todo tipo sobre senderismo y lugares que visitar en la zona. Es recomendable a quien le guste la naturaleza y quiera hacer etapas de la Vía Degli Dei (que por desafortunadas circunstancias de mi viaje, no he podido hacer). El ambiente a la hora del desayuno es familiar, acogedor, Nina da conversación y hace sentir como en casa. Recomendable 100%. El único pero, el acceso. Carretera de montaña estrecha y bacheada. Ojo

Una stanza modesta ma completa di tutto! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche per la buona e ampia colazione a buffet (addirittura c'erano la macchina dei pancakes e la colazione salata continentale), a pochi passi dal mare :) host gentilissimo e simpatico!

La signora Anna è amichevole, molto disponibile per la colazione e ha dato tutte le indicazioni in maniera chiara. Le camere sono al piano superiore di una villa di campagna con posteggio privato, quindi c'è molta tranquillità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo vicino a Padova.

Of the many places we stayed in Italy, this was our favorite. Carlo is an outstanding host. He has great restaurant recommendations, and we really enjoyed talking with and getting to know him. His breakfasts are great too. Each morning, we had delicious croissants from local bakeries, fruit, bread, and our choice of coffee. There was a savory option that looked good too. The room was comfortable with its own, secluded bathroom. We slept very well here. And the location is perfect--close to the train station as well as historic downtown, which is extremely walkable. Don't miss the panoramic view from the terrace! Finally, Carlo has a sweet, adorable dog who made our stay even better. I would recommend booking here to anyone interested in visiting the lovely town of Bologna.

We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Wir waren für eine Veranstaltung in Vicenza zwei Nächte in La Prior. Es war die perfekte Wahl. Das Auffinden der Unterkunft war sehr gut beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation auch in Englisch. Eine wunderschöne, blitzsaubere Suite, sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, in einem historischen Gebäude aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Architektonisch sehr beeindrucken und liebervoll restauriert. Der Hausherr stellt ausgezeichnete Bio Prosecco, Weine und Olivenöl her, die man probieren kann. Die Hausherrin hat einen Pferdehof nebenan. Das Frühstück kann in der schicken Empfangshalle oder bei gutem Wetter draußen unter dem Dach eingenommen werden. Einen kleinen Pool konnten man auch nutzten. Auf dem Gelände gibt es zwei freundliche, gut erzogene Hunde. Der eine kuschelt gerne, der andere spielt gerne. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei dem wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen wurden und gerne wieder kommen.

Massimiliano e Carmen ci hanno accolto con la massima disponibilità e tanta simpatia. Ottimi i loro consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Pulizia superlativa e cura nei dettagli della camera. Colazione super, prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, preparati da Carmen. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma in posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni della zona, come Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro e Urbino. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio questa struttura gestita da persone che hanno a cuore gli ospiti.

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

Excellente nuit passée au logement de Stefano, des espaces communs magnifiques et une tablée de petit déjeuner fortement fournie. Une chambre spacieuse et une salle de bain très confortable. Que dire de l'accueil de Stefano et de ses proches qui a été hautement chaleureux malgré nos fortes lacunes en italien ?? Pas de mots pour décrire cette expérience, mais un immense merci à eux pour leur travail. Merci énormément Stefano, et au plaisir de se revoir

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!
