Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. Kitchen has basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

Positioned at the rear of our family home, this cosy self-contained granny flat (separate from the house) is a 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University and Murdoch Train Station. 10-15 minutes to Fremantle. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a reverse cycle heating/cooling system, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV and wifi.
