Franco host molto presente e gentile. La posizione della struttura è a due passi dal mare, con un giardino molto spazioso all'esterno ed a dieci minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino.

L'appartamento è perfetto, con piscina esterna. Ottimo per vacanze in famiglia e non.

Все дуже сподобалось, Danilo дуже ввічливий та хороший господар, постійно нам у всьому допомагав. Також організував нам трансфер від апартаментів до аеропорту. Море поруч, 200-250 м до пляжу, на пляжі пісок, хоча у морі є каміння, але поруч з Briatico є дуже багато красивих пляжів без каміння у морі. Рекомендую і до зустрічі наступного року!

È stato tutto bellissimo a partire dalla gentilezza e simpatia di Elisa. La location è veramente splendida e il mare lascia senza parole.Credo che torneremo presto.

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

La casa è molto accogliente e a chi piace la tranquillità è l’ideale, è stato possibile fare un escursione sul Sila, che consiglio. Ringrazio vivamente Arcangelo e la sua famiglia per la bellissima accoglienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous,and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill,mountain,not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Нам все понравилось. Вилла и помещения в ней не новые, но добротные. Состояние среднее, но все работает. Внутри номера нет места для еды. Для этого предназначено патио на улице, что не подразумевает приватности. Мы жили в номере рядом с бассейном. Как плюс, дети из номера могли сразу идти в бассейн, как минус, номер окружен лежаками для отдыхающих. В общем, место очень хорошее, хозяева и персонал милые и дружелюбные. Место чудесное, море рядом. Чего еще желать для хорошего отдыха.

Questa struttura è stupenda. Si trova all’interno dì un residence molto bello e tranquillo. La casa ha un posto auto, piccolo giardino ed è dislocato su due piani. È ben arredata, pulitissima e confortevole. La famosa spiaggia dì Caminia è a pochi minuti dì auto. Non consiglio dì andarci a piedi per la distanza e le salite abbastanza ripide. Patrizia è una Host presente e premurosa! Super consigliata!

Die Unterkunft war super, ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Luigi und sein Bruder waren sehr hilfsbereit und antworteten schnell wenn ich Fragen hatte. Es war sehr sauber und für den Winter war es sehr gemütlich und warm. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und ich würde immer wieder kommen!

‌Aurelio è un host eccezionale: fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza in Calabria. La casa è molto grande, gode di un bel panorama sulla vallata sottostante, ha un ampio giardino con pergola e zona barbecue. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arieggiate. All'interno è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (attrezzi da cucina, lavatrice, phon, asciugamani etc.). È possibile usufruire di due bagni con doccia + una doccia esterna. La pace e la tranquillità regnano ed al contempo è possibile rilassarsi in giardino o raggiungere in poco tempo i paesini o alcune delle spiagge più belle. È un buon punto di appoggio per trascorrere le vacanze al mare, ma senza rinunciare al fresco della montagna.

Super accueil. Le pot d’accueil était vraiment très sympathique. Rita Stella et son mari sont vraiment des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et calme. L’emplacement central, nous a permis d’aller vers la mer ionienne et la mer Tyrrhénienne, ainsi que pousser jusqu’à Reggio de Calabria.

Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne i przestronne. Panoramiczne okno przy łóżku przez które budząc się oglądasz wschód słońca nad morzem - bezcenne. Lokalizacja zapewniająca pełną prywatność, ciszę i spokój. Gospodarz bardzo pozytywnie nastawiony i pomocny - świetny kontakt. Z pewnością wrócę tam w przyszłości.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5&8 Jahre) dort und auch sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Eine richtige schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, super ausgestattet und einladend. Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war auch super herzlich. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft mehr als empfehlen.

Esperienza positivissima. L'appartamento è comodissimo, ci si dimentica l'auto! Posto tranquillo, frequentato per lo più da famiglie, immerso nel verde. Con una comoda passeggiata attraverso una pineta si arriva alla spiaggia dove c'è un mare cristallino. Compreso nel costo dell'appartamento si ha diritto ad un ombrellone e due sdraio sia al mare che in piscina. Presenti due piscine molto pulite, una con scivolo d'acqua, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e si possono muovere tranquillamente da soli all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con i cuscini che erano veramente bassi e troppo morbidi e prontamente ce ne sono stati forniti altri comodissimi. Tutto perfetto, la casa è dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e anche di più! C'è anche la lavastoviglie che in vacanza dà una grossa mano! Consigliatissimo

La villetta è a dir poco incantevole, c’ è la possibilità di parcheggiare due auto, una al coperto ed una all’interno del cortile. Al primo piano. C’è un’ampia terrazza, dove attendevo l’alba ogni mattina, godendomi uno spettacolo unico, una vista mozzafiato, c’è anche un comodo ampio tavolo da minimo sei sedute dove poter fare colazione, pranzare o cenare. L’appartamento è composto da 3 camere da letto ampie e due bagni ampi, con una doccia che difficilmente dimenticherò, comoda e larga. All’interno degli armadi ci sono lenzuola e asciugamani in abbondanza, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti ed una comoda lavatrice. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto anche di una lavastoviglie . A due passi una enorme piscina per grandi ed una per piccoli con in dotazione lettini e ombrelloni, a 5 minuti di auto, una spiaggia riservata spettacolare anch’essa dotata di lettini e ombrelloni. La spiaggia ha una parte riservata proprio ai clienti del residence. Consiglio vivamente !!!!!!

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Maison entière très bien agencée et aménagée avec un salon et 2 chambres séparées. Tout le confort. Hôte aux petits soins. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement idéal : à la campagne au milieu des oliviers à flan de coteaux, mais aussi à 3km d’un village offrant toutes les commodités. Les sites intéressants à visiter sont à 1h-1h30 Max . Pleins de choses à découvrir . Plages de qualité a moins de 30min. Idéal pour famille.

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen zu 100%. Als kleine Familie waren wir zu viert dort. Mehr Personen würde ich nicht empfehlen, weil der Platz knapp sein würde. Die Kommunikation, der Empfang von Denis wären stets einwandfrei. Wenn etwas gefragt wurde und wir Hilfe benötigt haben, z.B. Stromauswahl, wurde schnell und zielführend geholfen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, sonst wird es mit dem Einkaufen und die Gegend anschauen schwierig, weil der Wohnkomplex ziemlich abgelegen ist, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gar nicht so schlecht ist. Wir können das Objekt zu dem angebotenen Preis ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen und danken den Gastgebern für alles.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤
