Excelente lugar cumplió mi expectativa

Its a beautiful spot with rooms at different levels looking out over the forest with lots of wildlife. Julie is a super friendly host and we felt right at home. The room, bathroom and kitchen were perfectly clean, and the location is great, not far from Manuel Antonio or Quepos with frequent buses, but not too close either so it felt very tranquilo.

Rain ecolodge was extremely beautiful, I had a super relaxing stay and would go again 12 out of 10 stars

I liked the place very much, it was a blessing, very quiet. The host was very helpful, I needed a good wi-fi connection and he was able to provide. There is a lot to do in the place and is also conveniently close to Manuel Antonio's National Park and other beaches. I appreciate he was able to accomodate us in such a short notice.

Das kleine, schön über San José gelegene Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sauberes Zimmer, großes Bad, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Duschgel etc. alles da. Der Pool seeehr schön, ungeheizt damit man sich abkühlen kann und schön zum liegen und ein selbstgekauftes Bier oä zu genießen. Sogar ne kleine Terrasse hatten wir. Ebenso gibt es sep. Handtücher für den Pool; einfach fragen. Das Frühstück lecker; Pancakes oder Omelette oder French Toast mit Kaffee satt. Abends einen geilen Blick auf das Treiben und die Lichter. Mit Uber super günstig ins Multiplaza (8$) oder zum Flughafen, um 3h nachts (25$). Für einen 2-Nächte Aufenthalt perfekt und in einer sicheren Gegend; das war unser Eindruck.

It was beautiful and peaceful. Jose and Steve were excellent hosts and the nearby restaurants were great as well.

We were extremely happy at Alma Vida. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, the receptionists were kind and helpful, check in was a breeze, free breakfast is included (and tasty), there are multiple pools and cabanas to enjoy, and the location is right across the street from several great restaurants and a short distance from the beach. Could not recommend more highly!

Excelente, la atención muy buena. La habitación acogedora y cómoda. El aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido, pero nada grave. Está a 10 minutos del parque Manuel Antonio y a 15 minutos de Quepos. Cuentan senderos dentro de la propiedad donde pudimos ver monos.

Me gustaría agregar que la comida en el restaurante el Faro es muy rica y la atención bastante buenas, recibimos el servicio por Luis el empleado del restaurante y fue muy agradable y nos dio un excelente servicio por lo que nos hizo sentir bien a la hora de ir a comer todos los días en el restaurante.

Lugar privado y bonito, incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. Muy amable la persona que te recibe y no te molestan para nada. Un poco difícil el acceso en automóvil por las cuestas y la calle, pero sí volvería

Marlene was just lovely!! We enjoyed the afternoon talks with her, she was extremely welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and it was just perfect for us. Definitely worth it for the price.

All the staff treated us like friends and were very helpful with everything! I asked for first floor room not understanding it was under the restaurant. A bit noisy at busy times of day. No fault of the hotel. Keep in mind that to walk ANYWHERE in this area you will be going up quite steep hills You better be in decent shape

La cabaña es preciosa y acogedora. Es un espacio muy tranquilo y pacífico incluso estando tan cerca del restaurante y de la calle principal. El acceso es super fácil, la atencion de los anfitriones inmejorable. Nos hospedamos en un día muy concurrido para el restaurante, y la cabaña está muy cerca del parqueo y del acceso peatonal al restaurante por lo que a otras personas transitaban cerca, sin embargo hay cortinas que puedes cerrar y casi no te das cuenta de ello.

Campo Alegre is exactly what comes to mind when I think about the perfect Airbnb experience. Luis was a great communicator before we arrived and throughout our stay. The photos do not do the location justice! Waking up in such a peaceful place, greeted by goats, and then watching the clouds lift and reveal the spectacular view was an amazing way to enjoy the first morning of our trip. Luis prepared a delicious breakfast for my family and everything was either from his farm or bartered with a neighbor who produced it. What a special meal!! Accommodating my family’s vegan diet was no issue either. Then Luis took the time to show us around his farm and tell us about the different plants and animals he has there. The biodiversity was impressive and Luis’ knowledge and enthusiasm for his work showed. With sustainable practices such as recycling gray water, composting toilets, and ultra local food, you can feel great about helping the planet while traveling without sacrificing comfort.

Cerró Vuelto lodge is a fantastic place with fantastic people. The food was amazing and as a birder I was impressed by the many trails through different habitats on the property. The owners are very nice and make you feel right at home in the common spaces. Would recommend to anyone
