This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Dünyaca ünlü kaputaş plajı 15 km.Her yarım saatte bir kaş merkeze dolmuş gecmektedir. 2+1, iki yatak odasıda banyolu, bir odası jakuzili, sonsuzluk havuzu ile şık bir şekilde dizayn edilmistir. Stüdyo daire tarzı bir yapıya sahip olan yerin içerisinde 1 çift kişilik , bulunuyor. Yaklaşık olarak verandası ile beraber 40 metrekaredir. İçerisinde ; duş ,tuvalet ve mutfak mevcuttur. Muhteşem bir manzarası ve kendisine ait bir bahçesi vardır. Ahşap yapıya sahip olmasından kaynaklı olarak özellikle temmuz ve ağustos aylarında gün içerisinde sıcak olabilir, geceleri ise tam tersi olarak en serin olan yerimizdir. Ortak kullanımlı havuzu vardır .

Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the terrace you will find sun loungers and chairs along with dining spaces, all with breath taking view. An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.
