Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables

No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 1 is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. This pod has full use to its very own private hot tub!

On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. Recently refurbished beautiful Barn Cottage on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, National Showcaves, Craig y Nos Castle, the Monkey Sanctuary and Henrhyd Waterfalls. Visit Mumbles and the beautiful Gower coast. For the energetic follow Route 43 of the National Cycle Network. Two great pubs serving food within walking distance. Off road parking for two cars.
