The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

A meticulously restored grain silo full of character and unique features; a study in using, re-using & recycling wood metal and functional parts. Seamlessly blending agricultural, industrial, & steam-punk; and warmed throughout with classical features and local salvaged hardwoods. Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
