The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Welcome to Cerulean Chalet— a charming retreat just steps from Sunset King Lake Campground and only 1/10 mile from the King Lake boat launch. Enjoy quick access to outdoor adventures right on the lake, such as kayaking on the peaceful water, feeding the local ducks and turtles, or fishing for a prize bass. The 580 acre lake is well stocked with shell-cracker, catfish, bream, crappie, and black bass.
