If you have a group looking to ride OHV at Peach Valley or Dry Creek, this location is perfect. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a good size group, nice hot tub, and all the things you would need. The host was very responsive for any needs prior to our arrival as well as once we were there.

This was the perfect spot our family in Crawford! The kitchen was well-equipped and the hosts were very responsive to our requests for additional cooking tools.The hot tub, pool table, foosball table and firepit provided hours of family fun, especially for the grandchildren. Lots of space for sleeping and gathering. Cookies, snacks and coffee bar added to the fun. Will definitely stay here again when in area.

Such an amazing place with amazing hosts! Stayed for a long weekend to use a home base for some hiking in Utah, and was so sad to have to leave. Incredible views from the house and hot tub and it is so beautiful at night overlooking the town. There are super fun trails to run/hike less than a half mile up the road. Todd was so helpful and friendly. House was clean and had everything you could need. I can't wait to come back!

Great “home” away from home. Good communication with owners. Very convenient proximity to nice places to walk to in downtown GJ. Lovely backyard that is very relaxing. Comfy beds, and AC in the bedrooms is nice for warmer nights.

I have visited this area numerous times but this by far has been my favorite. The view from the deck was amazing ! We actually cancelled a couple days activities so we just could stay home and enjoy the views! The layout of our cabin was fabulous!! We will be visiting again ! Highly recommended!!!

We love the casita! It’s our second time staying there. It’s a peaceful “gem” in the Fruita area. Rob and Krista are friendly hosts and are there to help if needed. The bed is comfy and we love sitting on the little patio. It’s very dog-friendly too. The views from the casita are amazing!!!

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

We had a great time! It was super cozy and a really good fit for our dogs with the fenced in yard. Would definitely return!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Our stay was very comfortable. Tara and her husband were lovely and our dachshund got to play with their pups. It was a good location, lots of restaurants nearby, quick access to the highway. Internet worked well. Kitchen is small but functional.

The hosts are amazing and truly care about their guests and their experience! The cabins are amazing, the location is so beautiful and they even have rentals. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for another amazing stay!

Being from NYC this place reminds me of a GIANT SoHo loft from back when those were on the market. This barn conversion is absolutely brilliant! 20’ ceiling in the living room is WOW!!!! If I wasn’t on a roadtrip, I would have parked it here for a few nights. As a bonus, the night sky was absolutely vivd, we spotted a satellite flying across with our bare eyes. Bring your telescope here if you got one. This place is a gem.

This place was beautiful it was exactly what our family needed for a recharge and rest ! And the kitchen my goodness It had everything I needed to whip up some good meals for my family ! The beds were so comfortable the couches were great for movie time and had quite a selection ! We will definitely be coming back for another rest and recharge ❤️

This charming, quirky cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. The front entrance and interior were decorated for autumn and Halloween. You are welcomed with snacks, cold filtered water, and popsicles in the freezer. Julia provides brochures to take advantage of the many activities in the area. The private backyard has a grape arbor, gazebo, huge trees, and colorful gardens. Inside the cottage it is private and very quiet. Parking next to the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Thick, fluffy towels. The space is larger than the photos show. Julia is a friendly host and responds quickly. I’ll stay here again and would recommend Sycamore Cottage to friends.

The place was even better than depicted, because of the intention that is put into every detail of the accommodations. Extra care was evident! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

My family had a great time at this Airbnb. Kristi was a great host and proactively offered to set up a pack n play and high chair once she realized my 1 year old was on the trip. She offered Palisade recommendations and a flexible check-out time. There were beautiful views and it was within walking distance of a fun winery. I highly recommend!

The place was amazing! Such great indoor spaces - enough for kids to have an area and adults as well. Great spaces for private time for adults to be in separate rooms and not bug each other with television or typing. The kitchen has an amazing view - really views from every room! We wandered from the house into the Colorado National Monument. so cool to walk there and back following game trails.

Cute house with a great kitchen! Nice back yard to hang out in, very quiet for sleeping with the windows open.

Perfect spot for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. “Out in the country” vibes yet only 20 minutes grime Ridgeway. Great location
