He has an amazing villa over looking the ocean, with a private platform to relax and jump straight into the ocean. The house was well equipped and Tevfik was very responsive.

Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung in einem Reihenhaus Anlage etwas abseits von dem Touristen Trummel . Von der Wohnung im oberen Stock, schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

This is a place with a great view surrounded by the huge orange garden. Önder, who is the owner of this place is a great person, very friendly, great host! The houses are a bit smaller than they look in the photos, inside you'll find a nice comfortable bed, a small fridge and that's all. If you have a lot of stuff with you, you'd probably have to leave it unpacked during your stay. We've visited the place in January and there was not enough hot water and the bathroom was really cold. If you stay there for more than a couple of days it may be a problem for you. I guess that is a wintertime problem but anyway, be prepared. Overall the place is really quiet, the oranges were super tasty and the dogs that live on the territory are super cute and friendly! We were happy to be there.

Home from home, lots of thoughtful things left for us on arrival in fridge, inflatables at the pool, washing powder etc- Fergal provided everything! This made it so easy for us. Thank you for late check outs too

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. We had a great time in Kalkan, Deniz was a great host, we didn’t get to meet him but the communication was really easy. whenever we had questions, we asked for more blankets for example as it gets quite cold at night in April, he helped us out immediately. Great place to stay for 8 people or more if you’re willing to sleep on a couch. The pool was great and really clean, would go there again 5/5

We had a wonderful 7 days at Villa Mavi Manzera. Everyone mentions the views with good reason - the sunsets over the ocean, whether enjoyed on the 2nd floor balcony or by the pool, are incredible. The outside areas in general, from balconies to courtyard in front and the pool area, provide tranquil and beautiful places to rest and relax. The kids loved the heated pool! The rooms are large and well-appointed, and the floorplan is logically configured - important when traveling with kids and grandparents! The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks around the peninsula and a 7 min drive into town (we all fell in love with Kaș!) Finally, the responsiveness and hospitality provided by Oral and the caretaker Şanver cannot be overstated. They went above and beyond to accommodate: stocking the fridge before our arrival, graciously coming by to let us in when we forgot keys, organizing an unforgettable boat excursion, and ensuring the pool area was always spotless. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.

Ev tertemizdi, mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm eşyalar mevcuttu, detaylar incelikle düşünülmüş ve mükemmel bir dekorasyona sahipti. Biz kendimize ait araçla geldik, otopark konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık çarşıya ve denize inmek araçla bir kaç dakika sürüyor, araçsız olanlar için yürüyerek kısa yoldan ulaşım da varmış. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev ve herkese de içtenlikle tavsiye ederim.
