Enjoy the tranquility of Nature and easy access to the fun of the Columbia River Gorge in our cozy, rustic yurt. Located in the hills outside Mosier, OR, we offer an alternative to camping: Glamping. If you are not excited to experience using an outside john and shower, keeping the wood stove stoked or living among the creatures of the forest, this may not be your style of adventure ;) Check in is 5pm, but open to flexible scheduling if possible. Stay along a bank of the Zig Zag River in the foothills of Mt. Hood in this handcrafted cabin. Set at the end of a quiet, forested street just off Hwy 26, this cozy cabin offers solitude surrounded by majestic beauty. With a rustic wood and handmade tile interior, the cabin has a classic feel with modern convenience. Outside, the mountains offer visual serenity, and the river creates a dreamy audio ambiance that drowns out road noise and makes it an ideal space to truly "get away".

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Your own private studio behind our home is in the quiet, quaint neighborhood on the bluff above the Old Mill District and Deschutes River. Short walk to restaurants, coffee, breweries and concerts. Close to the river for floating, SUP, River Trail. Easy access to Mt Bachelor, Cascade Lakes, and mountain fun. Private entrance and sliding doors out to a private patio for your morning coffee or end-of-day beverage. A fire pit is available to top off a cozy evening (see notes.)

Enjoy hiking, skiing, fishing and many more outdoor activities in the heart of Mt Hood’s Tygh Valley. Located within driving distance of Timberline lodge, White River Falls and the Deschutes river. This is a family cabin and we do not allow parties!

Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
