wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

there is a big supermarket nearby, 20 mins walk to the old city. very nice lake view. free parking off the apartment and street.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Masha place was well located from the bus station, only few minutes walk. They were very helpful, quick to respond and lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

Harika bir ev, kendinizi evinizde hissedebilirisiniz. Mobilyalar ve eşyalar çok kullanışlıydı. Otopark mevcut değil ama yakınlarda ücretli otoparklar bulabilirsiniz, aynı zamanda hastahane ve marketlere ulaşımı çok kolay. Misafirlere gönül rahatlıyla kalmalarını öneririm.

This was the perfect stay for us in Kotor. The host was very responsive and helpful with any queries that we had! The space was as described! It was easy to find thanks to the instructions provided (don’t get spooked by the entrance, it’s an old building! Once you get to the door and get in, it feels very safe). The view from the window was perfect. All the basic amenities were provided (didn’t see an iron in case it’s needed but there was a hair dryer). Place was clean. There was an AC and radiator although we didn’t need either one. The kitchen had all the essentials as well! The bathroom is quite basic and tiny with just enough space to get things done. There was also a bit of a damp odour there but we left the exhaust fan on. We also understand that since it’s such an old building, the plumbing/works might not be as updated or modern. Washing machine also included in the washroom. The location was perfect and walking distance to all the sights in Kotor so I would recommend!

Short but great stay. Spectacular view, spacious, clean, peaceful. Iva was a great host, we had smooth and friendly communication.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

For a Roman, great, for a Spartan, heaven. Indulge, the organisation is perfect, the location magical - who even thinks about higher end in an OLD TOWN of a great city. Enjoy!

Всё прошло отлично! Мы довольны пребыванием и общением с хозяевами! Квартира симпатичная, просторная, две спальни, два санузла, всё хорошо оборудовано и чисто. Вид из окна красивый! Тихое место. Несколько пунктов на которые стоит обратить внимание (это не минус апартаментов или хозяев, а просто информация для будущих постояльцев): 1. Апартаменты находятся на возвышенности, добираться пешком будет проблематично. До набережной 1,5км, но вверх очень крутая и узкая дорога. Мы изначально планировали арендовать машину, поэтому расположение было для нас некритично. 2. Если вам важно наличие каких-либо бытовых предметов, посуды и тп, лучше уточните заранее у хозяев. Многое есть, но чего-то не хватало. Хозяйка по просьбе нам принесла, но кое-что покупали сами. Так что имейте в виду. Постельные принадлежности были в двойном количестве, на неделю нам вполне хватило. В общем, резюмируя вышесказанное, апартаменты могу рекомендовать! Хозяева очень приветливые и отзывчивые, готовы помочь.

Svetlana and Milan are very warm, smiling, and hospitable people. We felt welcome from the first to the last moment of our stay. We were received so kindly with coffee and homemade juice with an amazing view on the water. Learned a lot about Montenegrin history. Room exactly as in pictures. We slept very well. Air-conditioning and internet work as they should. Easy communication. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!

The place was really clean and lovely. The public buses pass through the Eko gas station which is next to the house. You can walk to city center and Beaches easily. There was a cute dog in the garden. It was adorable and friendly. It made our days really good! For this price, the house way really nice. I recommended. On the other hand, the house owner did not answer when we arrived there. It was not easy to find the place. Because it was in the garden which has another house. So we had to wait like 40 minutes there. Still he didn't answer but neighbors helped us then we found the house. The owner was not there, another lady showed us the house but she doesn't speak English and she couldn't tell anything about the house. So we had to figured out everything by ourselves like what is wifi password, how hot water heater works...

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and stylish, the host is very welcoming and helpful. I am strongly recommend this apartment.

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
