Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Set over two levels with a central timber staircase, you will experience truly unique accommodation showcasing this incredibly versatile plant. Sleep on premium hemp linen; use hemp bathroom products; sample hemp food and enjoy a hemp gin on the deck overlooking the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Pets welcome. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.
