What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Markeliana’s mom was extremely friendly and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since we were staying near Christmas, the apartment was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, there were lovely fresh flowers in the apartment, which made the ambiance even more delightful. The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the view were stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like home, not just a rental place! A huge thank you to the host, and we sincerely hope to stay here again in the future.

This was one of the better properties we have stayed in. The room was located right downtown, with area attractions within walkable distance. (The Roman Aquaduct less than one block away and the castle was right up the hill). The narrow entrance door lead up a stairway to a spacious and comfortable space. Κυριακή has thought of everything, and was always immediately available each time we texted her with questions. She and her husband helped us find free parking directly in front of the unit the first day, and answered questions regarding the parking spots we chose each day after that. (Parking was probably our biggest challenge, especially on Saturday night when the Kavala was especially crowded.) I can't imagine a more comfortable or a more convenient place to stay in Kavala, and this would be my first choice for any future visits.

Nikos konaklama öncesinde bizimle iletişime geçti. Giriş esnasında bizi karşılayarak aracımızı kendi otoparkına aldı. Evle ilgili detaylı bilgilendirme yaptı. Yemek yiyebileceğimiz yerel mekanlar hakkında bilgi verdi. Hatta sonrasında gideceğimiz Selanik ile ilgili bilgiler de verdi. Ev resimlerde görüldüğü gibi ve tertemizdi. Yastık, nevresim ve pikeler otelde gibi tertemiz kokuyordu. Mutfakta gereksinim duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Sabah kahvaltı yaptığımız harika bir terası vardı. Sabah çıkış yaptıktan sonra Kavalayı gezerken bile aracımızın garajında kalmasına izin verdi. Kavala kurabiyesi ile uğurladı. Gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Eve girmeden önce ev sahibi tarafından bilgilendirildi, evi bulup daireye yerleşmemiz çok kolay oldu. Kavala hakkında ayrıca bilgilerde verdi. Eve girdiğimizde klima çalışıyordu. ev oldukça temizdi. evde elektrikli eşyalar mevcuttu. Havlular ve kişisel temizlik ürünleri de hazırdı. Apartman klasik bir Kavala apartmani, 80 li yıllarda yapılmış ancak evin içi tadilat görmüş ve Ikea urunleri ile dekore edilmiş, oldukça şık ve huzurluydu. çarşı merkezine (turistik lokantalar ve yarımada bölgesi) 15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Aracımız ile genelde çarşıya inme ihtiyacı duymadık, zaten Kavala merkezinde ciddi bir otopark problemi var. Aracımızı bazen evin tam önünde, bazen de 100 metre uzağında park ettim. Daire denizden 40- 50 metre yüksekte olduğu için evin 2 odasından da denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Ailem ve ben bu evi tercih ettiğimiz için memnun kaldık. ev sahibimize ilgileri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

The flat is very well situated, 5 minutes far from the seacoast. It is situated at the ground flour in a building of 5 stores. There are two levels of terraces till the entrance of the flat, which is perfect for taking the breakfast in the morning or sip a wine in the evening. You have some privacy assured by the plants. Inside all seems new and is perfect clean, and decorated with nice taste. It can receive up to 4 persons. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The host even provided coffee, sugar, and even soup in bag. She is more than nice and helpful. She gave me recommendations where to eat, where to walk and what to see. All in all, a very good impression and a nice souvenir from Kavalla.

Great place to stay. Hospitable hosts, very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was a perfect stay in Kavala. The appartement has a nice location outside the busy center. This is positive! Because to drive in Kavala with the narrow roads is troublesome. The appartement also has its own parking, so very nice. It was very very clean and has a modern touch. I had good communication with the host and he even left me some apple juice, water, coffee and chocolates. What more can you ask? Thanks for everything!

Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι, άνετο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Το μόνο που με ζόρισε ήταν τα πολλά σκαλιά αλλά αυτό το γνώριζα εκ των προτέρων.

Super Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles sauber, so wie man es sich wünscht. Aggeliki ist eine super Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist. Sie fragt immer nach, ob alles gut ist und ob man Hilfe braucht. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist mehr als nur top! Es war fantastisch. Werde definitiv nochmal herkommen!

Cynthia is a great hostess. Great communication and always there to help. The studio is super clean and spacious. The spot is located on the hill of Kavala and offers great view. The only thing that was weird was the smell of the heating system on the day we arrived. Not so disturbing but it was present. I would totally recommend this place!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό με απίστευτη θέα και πεντακάθαρο. Η Βασιλική αν και λόγω των ημερών δε βρεθήκαμε από κοντά ήταν ευγενέστατη και σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξυπηρέτησε σε όλα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!!

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

A sparkling clean, modern apartment with an amazing view from the 2 bedrooms and the big balcony. The building is on the main pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants, and just a minute from the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. We had a perfect stay, the host was extremely helpful all the time answering any questions and made our stay easier and more enjoyable! We would definitely visit again and I highly recommend the apartment! Our sincerest thanks!

Nice, cozy flat, with a great view towards the Old Town with the Med in the background. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and everything's in walking distance. There's a dedicated parking spot in front of the building, so one can leave their car there and explore Kavala on foot. Panaretos, the host, is very friendly and responsive, and will guide you to make the best of the city. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely check it out again in the future.

We had great time at the suites. The hosts were super friendly and kind, the suites were clean and nice. I recommend it.

La casa de Konstantina és fantàstica! Tot està impecable, net i és molt bonica. Està cuidat fins l'últim detall. També està molt ben ubicada a prop del casc antic i de varis comerços. Finalment volem destacar l'amabilitat de l'amfitriona i els seus fills que l'acompanyen per poder parlar en anglès. Sens dubte, Konstantina és una superhost!

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Nea Peramos und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann.
