Alles was Du für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchst, ist hier zu finden und der unverbaute Blick in den Garten kann vom Sofa aus genossen werden. Die Stadt, das CentrO. und der nahe gelegene riesige Ruhrpark laden zu einem Spaziergang ein. Vor allem ist die Wohnung aber absolut ruhig, privat und uneinsehbar gelegen. Beachte, wir haben keinen Aufzug.

Auch der Zoo und die Regattabahn (Wedau) lassen sich innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen! Ihr wohnt in der 1. Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon 1. Etage, mit kostenfreiem WLAN in einer ruhigen Lage im Ortsteil Duisburg-Hochheide - an der Grenze zu Moers. Sie verfügt über Küche, Bad, Arbeits-, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie einem Klappbett. Flachbild-Sat-TV, Radio, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasser- und Eierkocher sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind kostenfrei vorhanden.

Wohnen in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung entstand 2015 neu als ebenerdiger Anbau einer aufwändigen Sanierung einer schönen Villa (Baujahr 1904). Die große Fensterfront gibt den Blick in den 1000 m2 großen Garten frei. Dazu gehören auch eine kleine Terrasse, ein Bad, eine Küchenzeile und ein Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.
