A magical spot indeed! We stayed for 4 perfect nights and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The grounds are very pretty, with wild turkeys visiting for morning coffee. The kitchen is newly remodeled and stunning. The pool was a great find and there were plenty of nice towels and an outdoor shower. The host is lovely and the caretaker called to say hello as well so we felt very taken care of. A must visit! 10 stars!

Erin’s home is awesome! We rented it for our daughter’s and their families - 4 adults, 4 children shared the home for the week. The house was SPOTLESS at check in, and so well appointed, from kids toys, kitchen staples, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, a fabulous outdoor dining patio with large table/chairs/umbrella, quality bed linens, towels, etc. and rooms full of nice, comfortable furnishings. The neighborhood is fabulous, especially for families who want to enjoy the pool (which is awesome!)/playground/small beach area. It was quiet and relaxing and very walkable and there are also several larger Falmouth beaches you can drive to within a few minutes. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, it’s a great house in a really great location!

Exactly what we hoped for: Quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors, and close to the restaurants in Edgartown. The pool was perfect for late afternoons/early evenings with the kids after long days at the beaches. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any messages or questions we sent. We loved our week here and look forward to coming back next year.

This house is literally perfect! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. The house is in a quite neighborhood which made it even more relaxing. The pool exceeded all expectations and I hope to have the opportunity to go back next year!

We have been going to this area for decades and decided to rent vs other options this year. Place very comfortable, easy access (bad leg) with deck ramp key. Water pressure fab as family actually commented. Would look to do again! Excellent…

Rachel’s house was great, and had everything anyone would need… Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was perfect. Most importantly, Rachel was so lovely to deal with… She was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

This was the most beautiful place I’ve stayed using Airbnb! Picturesque view of the ocean from patio and balcony, walkable to the ferry, the town center, and a small beach! Devon was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive to my messages, always getting back to me within the hour. He went above and beyond making my holiday trip extra comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! Our group of eight adults, including two seniors (75 and 85 years old), found the space incredibly comfortable and well-suited to our needs. The host was excellent—communicative, quick to respond, and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early to ensure a smooth arrival for our older guests. The house itself was spacious, well-maintained, and stocked with great amenities. Each bathroom had complimentary toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. We truly felt at home. Beyond the house, the location was ideal. Vineyard Haven, just a short drive or walk away, offered plenty of shops and restaurants to explore, adding to the experience. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay. Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

This little beach oasis is such a great value! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As mentioned in the description, Patty & Bruce's spot is legitimately only a few minute walk from multiple beaches and is in such a cute little neighborhood! They have plenty of beach items should you not bring your own, which is great. The space itself is perfect for a quick little weekend getaway.

A great spot in Vineyard Haven, a short walk to the town center and easy access to all the Vineyard has to offer. Our pup especially loved the nearby dog-friendly Owen Park Beach. The house is well maintained on a quiet street and equipped with everything that you need for the beach. Larry was very responsive. We had a great trip!

Absolutely loved Elisa’s house in Vineyard Haven. We went for my 30th birthday weekend with some friends and we legitimately could not have had a better time. The house is phenomenal and couldn’t be in a better location. The kitchen is modern, the rooms are spacious, the backyard is perfect for hanging out. The three season room was an awesome place to hang out. I have so so many nice things to say about this house and Elisa’s hospitality. I can’t wait to come back & could not recommend more!

Our stay was a pleasant experience. Host messaged us a week before with instructions and a welcome email - so helpful! Communication was great. Clear check-in/check-out instructions given. Beds & bedding were very comfortable and cozy, towels were soft. Ample toilet paper and towels. Garage parking for 2 cars was helpful. Great place to stay with a family. Will rent again!

This house was amazing! Beautiful and very clean! Megan had timely responses to messages and was clear in her instructions regarding the check in process. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was maybe our favorite part of the trip, all the ladies enjoyed being outside and also the coolness of the inside of the house. There was tons of room. The overall aesthetic of the house was a calm, beachy vibe and made you feel like you were right beside the water. I wish we had played horseshoes in the back yard! If we need a place to stay in the future for a group trip with the ladies I would try to book here if it was available!

We loved staying at Whitney’s house! It was the first time an Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The home is so pretty and cozy and tucked into the neighborhood which was very private. It was about a mile from the Town center so we could easily ride a bike or drive to the beach and there’s so much to do in town. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets and towels. I have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Exceptional - believe the hype/countless 5-star reviews. Amy's home is an ideal home base on MV, especially for families. The location is great (easy walk to town), the backyard is gorgeous, the home itself is spotless and has every toy/amenity you could want. (We especially loved the proximity to the large, well-maintained playground and town library.) Amy is an excellent host and made herself available before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back.

Genainna’s place was great! It was very big so my group was comfortable with the beds available, there were many amenities and detailes like extra toothbrushes or other things that I thought were great! It is a beautiful home

Great stay, perfect for 2 people, wonderful alternative to a hotel so that we could each have our own bedrooms and great value. Matched description. Took us a minute to spot the driveway as house is tucked back from road, but super cute. You’ll want a car to be able to fully explore island easily.
