Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098

Studio 9 is a wonderful couples escape, nestled against beautiful gardens and pristine native bushland, with views of picture-perfect Eagle Bay. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and a huge 120 squares metres makes this Studio a home away from home. Freshly renovated in stunning white washed Beach styling, Studio 9 shares the property with the owners residence but has been carefully designed to give each their own entrance and privacy.

Fully self contained Hacienda

The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach. Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
