This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

Lovely In-town condo, 1 Bedroom + Loft.

This in-town farmhouse-themed condo has 1 bedroom with a King bed, and a loft bedroom with queen bunk beds. After receiving guest feedback, the King Size bed has recently been replaced! The Ferringway condo complex is close to downtown and all of the Durango area amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool shared by the complex. This is a second story unit (no overhead noise). The wood-fireplace is cozy for fall and winter.
