We had a wonderful stay! Everything described was accurate, and the thoughtful extras like additional blankets and condiments made it even better. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

Great stay! Relaxing and very walkable. Host let us check in early which was nice. We came in off season and it was freezing. The heaters throughout the cottage were much appreciated. Super cozy space that we would definitely stay in again:)

We absolutely loved our stay at Rachel’s! We kept saying “this place has everything”. It was a wonderful home for a multi generation holiday hang. From a 7 month old to great grand parents. The main floor was easily accessible for family member with a disability. We felt right at home with our 7 month old, the home had a pack n play - all set up with fresh sheets, baby bath tub, high chair, bath toys, monitor, etc. The basement was perfect for the teenagers to hangout and have their space. The backyard was peaceful and extended the hang area. Rachel was incredibly friendly and responsive.

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Really nice place in a good location. The inside was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. Had all the amenities we required. The washing machine and tumble dryer were especially useful. Good central location on Cape Cod making all locations on the cape within an hours drive.

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. A perfect location if you want to explore everything the cape has to offer. Our host was attentive and very attuned to what her guests would need.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

We LOVED our stay! Sloane’s home was a perfect place for our sister getaway! The cottage was adorable and cozy! We enjoyed having coffee in the front room, relaxing on the back deck and slept great in the beds! The neighborhood was so quiet! Just a few folks walking their dogs! 🥰 We enjoyed walking on the beach, taking the ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard, eating supper & ice cream in New Bedford and did a quick day trip to Hyannis Port! This definitely checked off our ‘Cape Cod’ bucket list! Sloane was a great host with good recommendations and quick and friendly responses! Would definitely recommend her place for a quaint getaway!

Great location too for everything we wanted to do as well as close enough to visit with our local family in town. Having the ability to use your bikes were very helpful as we were able to just rent another two more which we used a lot to ride around Poppy. We would definitely stay here again. Our family had a wonderful time in Barnstable! Lynn and Ken were extremely responsive and did a great job at communicating when needed. The house was perfect for our family of three. Everything was clean and appeared exactly as the photos presented. We loved spending time on the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a plus. Being less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach was ideal along with the use of the beach pass. We would recommend this listing to anyone without hesitation and hope to book again for a future stay!

After staying a week at the Ditty Box I did not want to leave. The setting and views from the cottage are better in person (vs. pictures). The cottage was clean, adorable, and stocked with everything I needed (including binoculars :) ) Honestly I checked in, had a dream week on the island, and checked out. No problems or issues ... so I never had to contact anyone. I hope to return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay at Jenny’s for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the rear sunroom which was a cheerful place to relax. The variety of board games were great for the family. The kitchen was very well appointed. Home was in a nice location in Hyannis, close to many conveniences and also a great base camp to explore the larger cape.
