My lovely home is located 20 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from the breathtaking Rocky mountains offering great skiing, snowboarding and sunny hiking trails! A convenient distance to everything!

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
