Hytte på ett plan på Lunner, Hadeland. Ombygd fra gammelt vognskjul, på trivelig gårdstun. Parkering på tomta. Turterreng og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet (skiløyper inn til Nordmarka, eller kjør 10 min til Mylla)- Inneholder stue/spisestue, nytt IKEA kjøkken (med induksjonsovn, stekeovn, kjøl/frys), bad med forbrenningstoalett og dusj, 2 soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser. Elektriske varmeovner (ikke vedfyring). Dyner og puter for 5 personer, leietaker tar med eget sengetøy og håndkler etc.

Modern holiday home in functional style in a newer cottage area at the popular Bråstadvika, a popular recreational area for Gjøvik and the surrounding area. Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Eneboligen ligger sentralt til i et rolig strøk med kort avstand til Oslo (30min med tog). Eneboligen er fra 1957, men har fått endel oppgraderinger gjennom årene. Eidsvollbygningen 1814 ligger 300 meter borti gaten hvor du kan få omvisning og se hvor eidsvollsmennene skrev Norges grunnlov i 1814. Med 3 minutter med buss er du på Eidsvoll Verk stasjon hvor du kan ta regiontog mot Oslo. Det tar 6 minutter med tog til Oslo lufthavn Gardermoen, 15 min til Lillestrøm og 30 min til Oslo s.

Tyvenhyttene er et signaturprosjekt fra oss og er en spesialdesignet hytte med unikt interiør. Vi har tatt med oss følelsen av å bo på et boutique hotell til den flotte naturen i Mjøsli. Hytta har privat terasse, 1 bad og 1 soverom + sovesofa i stue med tilsammen 4 sengeplasser.
