The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.
