The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Cute renovated Queenslander, old but comfy. Short walk to the Pub, Convenience store and creek.. you will be close to everything Finch Hatton has to offer. A short 3 min drive to amazing swimming holes and only 5 mins to pristine rainforest walks. 10 minutes up the hill to Eungella National Park which is the best known spot in the world to see a Platypus. The home is 2 bedroom with a Queen Bed and 2 Singles. It has one bathroom and 2 toilets. A BBQ and patio out the back for entertaining.

The house has been a labor of love for Dave & myself, we've restored it from an almost derelict state to a charming & comfortable farm house stay. Our property name? Dave grew up on the farm & this special place has always had its own spring water which feeds the farm dam. Even in the driest years this precious resource continued to flow.

The name "Eungella" means "land of cloud" so when you wake up in the morning you will likely be surrounded by thick cooling cloud which clears by about 9am to a beautiful sunny day with the wildlife just waiting to be discovered! Eungella is over an hour from Mackay.
