This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We had a great time staying at Rebecca's lovely home in Williamstown. It's in a great location and right by the seafront! Will definitely look to stay here again when we next return

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

We really enjoyed our short stay for a few days out of Melbourne. Lovely location just walking distance from a pub that had delicious meals. Was perfect for the wind down we needed. Excellent quality bedding making it very comfortable stay. The breakfast goods and freshly baked bread was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The owners were very responsive and considerate. Highly recommended.

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

The noise and inconvenience of the massive building operation across the road. Otherwise it was comfortable and suited our needs to be near our relatives for the special occasion

Had my daughters 21st here. The best place to have a party without worring about noise restrictions. We had music blasting outside and karaoke going on inside till 5am. This place is such a vibe. Everyone asking about it and complimenting the place. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a thorough walk thorough with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for your next event! You will not regret it 💯🔥

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

Great location, close to Tram and Acland St. It was perfect for hosting 2 kids and my parents, everyone had their place. Kitchen was very welcoming.

Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable..

1ヶ月半ほど滞在しましたが、建物はトラム乗り場のすぐ横で中心部へのアクセスが良く、価格はリーズナブルです。共用部分は定期的に清掃してくれます。ホストのコミュニケーションは的確で、問題が発生した際に迅速に対応してくれました。

I had an amazing stay at Alice’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Alice was an incredible host: super responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my trip even better. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes
