Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen includes a scullery or use the outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun and have a dip in the pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. This house is designed to entertain family & friends of all ages including children. A portable cot & high chair provided. Outside: The whole backyard outside area is paved and is fully fenced by glass panels. The front of the house is fenced with aluminium slats with some grassed area that is reticulated and some paving. The house has a lock up double garage with a sectional remote controlled door. Ducted air in all rooms will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.
