Liebe Gäste, meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im ruhigen Falkensee .Der angrenzende Falkenhagener See lädt im Sommer zum Baden und im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen ein. Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Vom S-Bahnhof Birkenstein ist man in 30 Minuten in Berlin-Mitte.Das Auto kann kostenlos auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden.

Der Standort der Unterkunft in Berlin-Mitte ist ideal um Berlin zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Umgebung des Apartments findest du viele leckere Restaurants. Hier bist du nicht weiter als 4 km vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt und die Friedrichstraße ist nicht weiter weg als 6 km. Somit bist du zentral zur City-West und City-Ost. Wir sind uns sicher, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlen wirst. Wenn es Probleme gibt, stehen wir dir 24/7 zur Verfügung.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Genieße Deine Zeit in Berlin in dieser zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung. Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
