Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Sastoji se os 2 spavaće sobe, kuhinje s punom opremom, hodnika , kupatila i terase sa pogledom na vrt. Stan je opremljen centralnim grijanjem, klima uređajem, WI-FI, LED-TV sa satelitskim programima, hladnjak sa zamrzivačem, toster, kuhalo za vodu, kafe mašina. Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. Želite li iskusiti potpunu privatnost, odmor i mir uz pjev ptica danju, a čaroliju ribarskog mjesta noću, ovo je pravo mjesto za vas.

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
