Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Osjećajte se kao kod kuće u prostranom stanu od 95m2. Cijeli prostor je samo za vas.Imate mali balkon i vrtnu terasu sa roštiljem. Možete parkirati dva auta u dvorište i uživati šetajući desetak minuta do plaže i obližnjih barova. Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. Laguna Blue nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji na udaljenosti svega 800 metara od mora.Kuću okružuje borova šumica te puteljci u kojima možete uživati u šetnji i vožnji biciklom.Ukoliko dolazite sa obitelji djeca se mogu bezbrižno igrati i uživati u prostranom okolišu te kupati u bazenu dok roditelji spokojno mogu ispijati kavu u hladu na natkrivenoj terasi.Ukoliko vas interesira nešto življe pješice se možete spustiti do samog centra gdje vas čeka puno beach barova , restorana te razni događaji.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
