We enjoyed our stay immensely! Great location with only a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The home was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if cooking or grilling. The patio and pool area were so nice we were happy just to stay at the home for several of our days there. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated due to the early spring dates we were there, and it was pleasantly warm for us. We will definitely be returning to Gulf Breeze and will book Erika's home every time if available!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

House as amazing had a great stay house was clean and somewhere the pool and hot tub. Definitely a puppet mind staying here again. She was also a great host left us some snacks and even a welcome card Fantastic experience

We had a wonderful time! This house was amazing. A little drive from the beaches. It was perfect for us. The private pool was very much worth it. Just a short walk to the bay. Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this place. Pros: Private patio Easy beach access Laundry in the unit Full kitchen Cons: No restaurants or bars are really within walking distance Master bathroom area is a little tight and lacks vanity area due to a huge sink Cleaning fee was a bit steep Overall our stay was great. Will definitely come back. We extended our stay by an extra day which was a fairly smooth process.

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Thanks for a great place for our family of 6. It was cute and quaint in terms of location. It was convenient and an efficient condo. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and some were walkable. Also, a quick drive to secluded beaches near nesting stations was beautiful. Ashley was a great communicative host.
