Sehr gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für ältere Menschen sind die Treppen ohne Lift etwas beschwerlich. Die Tiefgarage ist ein guter Vorteil.

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

In 10 years of booking on Airbnb, this definitely ranks in our top 3! Exquisitely decorated & carefully kitted out, the apartment is a perfect blend of sublime functionality. Elisabeth is an accomplished artist - her work adorns the walls and nooks and corners of this well laid out beautiful space. The terrace is a showstopper. With a lounge chair, sofa, dining table, mood lighting & panoramic views it is where you will spend most of your time if the weather is friendly. (Lovely spot to practise some yoga too). Elisabeth & her husband Werner are marvellous hosts & go out of the way to ensure you are comfortable. We were met on arrival by them. Elisabeth had cooked us some apple strudel & also left easter eggs & some homemade cherry liqueur for us to enjoy! We as well got some cheesecake the next day. She is an outstanding baker, and each item was more delicious than the other. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable & relaxing stay in this alpine paradise. Seven stars!

Anna war unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit – von der reibungslosen Anreise bis hin zu wertvollen Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung. WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Besonders gut hat mir die sehr gepflegte Vintage- Ausstattung und Einrichtung gefallen! Es kam einer Zeitreise ein paar Jahrzehnte in die Vergangenheit sehr nahe. Ein Erlebnis für die Kinder und nostalgische Momente für uns! Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mögliche Unklarheiten vorweg ausgeräumt! Vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Diana ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber der Talstation der Bergbahn und mit Blick auf die Talabfahrt. Mit der Gondel ist man sehr schnell im Skigebiet Dachstein West. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein beheiztes Fach im Skidepot. Ein Gemischtwarenladen, wo man frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort ein paar wenige Restaurants. Wir haben die Tage in Rußbach sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten! Die Busverbindung zur Altstadt ist hervorragend. Durch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr gut erholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and was a great place to spend the weekend. Thank you, Ingrid!
