The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.

This upscale 2BR apartment on the city fringe features impeccable finishes and modern amenities like an intercom, built-in robes, air-con, stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony. Guests can access a pool, BBQ area, and a dedicated garage spot. The apartment comfortably accommodates three people. The main bedroom accommodates up to two individuals, while the second smaller room, the size of a study, accommodates one person.

Our open planned studio consists of a lounge area with WiFi, smart TV with Netflix,Stan and Disney.kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave and sink), king size bed, contemporary cellular blinds (block out) on all windows, and separate bathroom with soft fluffy towels. We are in the heart of Clifton Hill, 5km from the CBD and just 10mins by train to the MCG.

You will feel as if in the midst of a mini green paradise with the tree views from this spacious, light-filled studio. Access is via a new pedestrian back gate and spiral stairs that lead up from the tranquil garden to your private balcony. Inside there is a large light filled studio where a pleasing blend of blue and yellow notes predominate.
