Lovely Victorian style house with hight ceilings and classic fit out! well equipped kitchen which can produce a feast! A nice courtyard for delightful afternoon drink under the trees foliage. All bedrooms are on the upper level, it's great that it separated from the living and dining noise but the long flight of stairs may not be suitable for seniors or those with heavy luggage. Its spacious and at good value; the best part is managed by Miami Hotel which provides excellent service and luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure. I would definitely book this place again.

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

Lovely house in lovely area. Easily walkable to restaurants/cafes/ships etc. Bedrooms comfortable, had a really heavy quilt. Maybe not necessary for everyone. plenty room to move. Nice outdoor area even though it’s a tad small. Although a new carpet was just laid upstairs, the whole place needs a lick of paint. And cleaning needs to be better. Dust and cobwebs in high places and behind doors. Very noticeable. Toilets could do with and upgrade. The large bathroom upstairs could be doing with a new toilet bowl! It was caked in dirt. Bought rubber gloves and scourers to try clean it but it was caked on. Would have needed a hammer & chisel to get it off. Not pleasant. Kitchen area was ok, bit dusty above head level. Ice machine was on and we would not have used it, it was really dirty inside and needed a good clean. Water filter needed replacing in water container it was disgusting also. Could be a spectacular house instead of mediocre. Attention to detail & more cleaning needed.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

Perfect home in a great location. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and clean - good bed linen and comfy beds, lots of cupboard space. The 2 bathrooms were well fitted. The lounge was comfy and the kitchen had all necessary equipment and basics. All well-appointed. Good off-street parking, easy access, and directly across the road from the promenade walkway which was really great.

The place was great, extremely clean house and spacious if you have a bigger family. Host was very nice and helpful!

We had an event at Flemington Racecourse and this venue was perfect walking distance yet hidden away enough from the craziness. Wonderful little place, would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us Anne.

The house was perfect for our family. The place was nice and new and was a good size. Walkable by 15 mins to the high street with lots of cafe and food. It was a nice quiet street and we felt safe there. Debbie was always responsive when we had any questions and was very helpful in accomodating a late check out for us.

A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

We had an excellent stay in Kevin's townhouse in Thornbury. There are lots of little places to discover on high Street, cafes and restaurants, and it's a nice base from which to experience a local Melbourne neighbourhood. The house is comfortable and was perfect for our family. We loved it, thanks!

Perfect accommodation for a family touring the area who are looking for a secure location that is convenient to all services required (i.e. shopping, public transport, restaurants, etc.) The cleanliness & facilities of the property and the service provided by Wayne was nothing short of being 1st class.

Ngoc is an amazing host. Well lit house, spacious bed room, rumpus area. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and basic ingredients to start cooking😊 every bathroom had shampoos, Conditioners and Body Wash (which we usually forget to carry with us). The day we reached the house was Good Friday and all the shops were closed. Upon request, Ngoc immediately supplied us with enough milk for all of us to have coffee/ tea🥰 Thank you so much Ngoc. I will highly recommend your place to everyone and we will definitely come to your place every time we come to Melbourne 🙏

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

Paul’s beautiful space is in an excellent location near the tram line , a grocery store , lovely walk path in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We were able to comfortably fit eight adults and one child . He communicated well. And the neighbors are super friendly. Our granddaughter even played with a neighbor across the driveway. Melbourne is a special place!

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

This place is great, it's a cosy townhouse with plenty to food places within walking distance and only a 20 minute drive to the Melbourne CBD. It was very clean, with everything you need for your stay

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!
