The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

YOKO Luxury Cabin

Nestled on a quiet road on the cusp of Blairgowrie you will find YOKO cabin. Influenced by Japanese and Nordic design, this cosy 2 bed 1 bath cabin is your luxury getaway, it’s time to explore and unwind. Cosy up in front of the fire or entertain on the outdoor deck with bbq & garden fire pit, which will be enough to make you not want to leave. But if you do, you are only a stones throw away from some of the best eateries & boutiques the Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Grand Design on secluded 10 acres

Relax in complete seclusion at the very heart of the winery district in this light and airy home (with wifi). Stay by the fire and watch the kangaroos and echidnas, or drive mere minutes to local attractions such as the Epicurean and hot springs. And if a Covid lockdown affects your booking we will refund your payments to us, regardless of the cancellation policy. Due to recent problems we are not currently accepting bookings from guests without reviews, we apologies for the inconvenience.

Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Our house is located in a private and serene area surrounded by Moonah trees set amidst a native garden close to the Peninsula hot springs, golf courses, & wineries. Newly renovated-modern, spacious & bright with an open plan living area opening onto a deck, spa and bbq area, ideal for both summer and winter. Our home and has everything you will need. The kitchen is a cook’s delight with good quality appliances & equipment. The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.

Tarzan’s Lair! Unique and fun holiday home

Bring your lovers, family, friends, pets and toys to experience all the Peninsula has to offer while staying in our architecturally designed Eco Retreat. Our huge outdoor entertaining area/kitchen has a long table for leisurely lunches, bbq, fire pit and hammock hangs. The house is open and bright, with plenty of couches and beds, a pool table, dress up box, disco ball, eclectic art, books, games, herb garden, hot outdoor shower and a composting toilet! Private ocean beach sanctuary

Enjoy the private scenic view over the tea trees towards the dunes. Lounge in front of the fire, play some pool or get gourmet with the pizza oven & bbq in the spacious outdoor patio. Better yet, relax in the in-built cedar hot tub where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. 5-minutes walk to the Ocean Beach National Park or a quick and easy trip down to the bay beach and shops. For dog lovers, the property is securely fenced with room for running around and play.

Spray Point Cottage, Beach-side Luxury

Spraypoint Cottage is a 3-bed beach house in Blairgowrie. Woodheater + reverse cycle heating/aicon, WiFi, Netflix, UHD curved TV, Full kitchen, laundry, 100m national park track to the beach. Sheets and towels provided. With huge windows overlooking Koonya dunes and classic beach house styling, It is a perfect place to relax, romance, reconnect, exercise and rejuvenate. Full kitchen and laundry and separate kids area.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Arthurs Sanctuary - Bay Views, 100sqm deck

A unique, private haven perched on the slopes of McCrae, overlooking the glistening waters of Port Phillip Bay. The home has been designed around a huge 100sqm deck that offers an unobstructed view of the bay.
