We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

the six of us had a great time here. Niko's place was exceptional. he was a great host. the welcome pack and other incidentals were lovely, providing us with stuff to get off to a great start. the property is modern, very clean and functional. the kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of hot water. the outside area was spacious, with a great pool and sun loungers. the bbq was very good and burned well. Niko was very welcoming, showed us around when checking in, he also gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. he also checked up mid stay to ask if everything was ok and did we need anything. two really nice beach's within easy walking distance. the supermarkets are walkable so is the bakery. we could not have had a better time.

We spent a wonderful week in the Villa of Marina and Giorgos as a family with five people. The house, situated in the fantastic garden with a big infinity pool overlooks the sea. A few stairs down you can swim and snorkle in cristalblue water. We saw many fishes and a big turtle! Kitchen and house are very well equiped. We enjoyed espescially the pizza-night with our lovely hosts. The pizza-oven and the huge BBQ in the outdoor kitchen are worth to be mentioned as a highlight of the Villa. We plan to come back! More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

Beautiful house with spectacular views and a gorgeous pool which gradually warmed up as the week went on (April). Road to the house not too bad as long as you drive very slowly and you do get used to it. Village is walking distance (half an hour ) with small supermarket and restaurants. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped as we didn’t go out at night. Tom was very helpful by being at the house when we arrived and very communicative when needed. We would come again this is a really gorgeous unspoilt part of Greece.

A beautiful villa, lovely surroundings and views. Very peaceful, well maintained. Ladies would appreciate a full length mirror! We had a lovely holiday but had one major issue. We chose this villa because the details were definite that a car was not required as everything was within walking distance, essential for us as none of us drive anymore for health reasons. The claim that a supermarket was 17 minutes walk was not the case. It took 40 minutes to walk downhill to Agios Nikolaos where all the facilities were, and longer to walk back up. We found a friendly local taxi service so we managed, but I feel we were misled when booking. It was a beautiful place but you definitely need a car.

Mi estancia la puedo resumir en increíble me encantó todo el trato y la información dada por el anfitrión la casa impresionante con todo lo que puedas necesitar y más con todo tipo de comodidades para hacer de tú estancia fantástica y sentirte cómo en casa,zona tranquila,con aparcamiento y mucha privacidad del todo recomendable para pasar unos días de descanso y relax mientras disfrutas de tú estancia en la zona lo único negativo fue lo rápido que se nos pasaron los días en la casa. Estuvimos del 31-10 al 03-11 con motivo del Campeonato del Mundo de Spartan Race Trifecta en Sparta José y Magda de Tenerife España gracias Andreas por todo por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera increíble un saludo.

a hairpin drive (steep in places) - was no problem for our Fiat Panda Hire Care... the destination was worth it...Orato Village location, on the side of hill - villa Artemis was authentic - modern - just right for us - two adults. Often a welcome gentle warm breeze - with wafts of oregano & rosemary (getting very warm by 3rd week of May 2024). Pleasantly cool enough inside - we didn't need to use the Aircon at that time. (note steps - raised patio with low wall - is not safe for children) The pool, approx 5 m was regularly checked, cleaned by Minas - quietly did his stuff early mornings usually - kept it pristine. Lovely family man. Everything was near enough (with a car) to explore surrounding area - Mountains & villages. Great views of Agios Nikolaos. People so friendly - great choice tavernas restaurants. Our two weeks flew by. Neat Kitchen area had all we needed to make simple cooked or cold meals - if we wanted a change from eating out. Perfect for us! Highly recommended.

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

Great place, good location, great communication.

When we booked on airbnb we weren't aware that searocks is a complex delivering services including breakfast, bar, lunch and diner. We have been delighted to meet Christos and his team who are kind and offering a tailor made service. The villas are well equiped and offering the expected privacy. We can have been noisy with our kids but were always feeling independant in this complex which was one of our expectations.

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

Just a short walk from a picturesque mountain village, Villa Sunset is a truly incredible place to stay. The veranda gives views over rolling slopes of olive groves and down to the sea below. The pool is huge - it’s worth noting that it is VERY deep if you’re with small children - and thanks to its position it’s a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite in the tower! Neochori, the local village, is a 5 minute stroll away. You’ll find a bakery that does coffees, fresh bread and sweet treats, as well as a minimarket which is good in an emergency (but be warned it only takes cash and there are no ATMs in the village). The village also has a restaurant and a really wonderful Taverna owned by the amazing Maria, which we ended up eating at most nights. A 10 minute drive away is Stoupa, which is quite touristy but has some nice restaurants and bars. A similar distance away is Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque fishing village with a great snorkelling spot. Although you can walk to Agios, it’s definitely worth renting a car or making use of local taxi services. To sum-up, Villa Sunset is a truly amazing sanctuary in a characterful and relatively unspoiled corner of Greece. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We loved our time in Villa Leonidas!! The main house and guest house were the perfect setting for our big Greek family vacation. The view was stunning and the host immensely attentive and helpful. There was plenty of room for our two families - including 4 teenagers. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and then some! There were games, videos, and lots of recommendations for things to do. We highly recommend renting the SUP boards to take full advantage of the beach fun around Kardamyli. The roads around Kardamyli were easy to navigate and accommodate our larger car. This is an undiscovered gem with breathtaking views; we hope to return again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and everything exceeded our expectations. The home and grounds are even more impressive than the photos depicted. Ideal for our family reunion with areas for gathering together or spaces for more privacy as needed. This was the cleanest Airbnb we've ever rented. Kitchen was well equipped which was important because we love to cook together. Vania was extremely responsive when we had any questions and could not have been more gracious. Views and the sunsets were incredible. Thanks for a wonderful place to make happy memories.

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele schöne verschiedene Sitzecken zum Verweilen, herrlicher Pool, schöne Aussicht. Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus (2Wohnungen), hat bestens gepasst. Matina ist eine sehr freundliche, bemühte Gastgeberin.

Ήταν όλα πολύ όμορφα και καθαρά μεγάλο σπίτι το απολαύσαμε με τη παρέα μου το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να πω σαν αρνητικό είναι ότι έχει μόνο ένα μπάνιο και αυτό λίγο μας δυσκόλεψε.

Goody was outstanding as a host. Lovely and friendly manner - really made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. If we needed anything that was not on the list of amenities, she would either supply or offer to get that too. It was a lovely villa and had extremely comfortable beds, which is our biggest issue sometimes. Bedrooms were very well equipped with storage space with their drawers, and plenty of hangers and space in the wardrobes too!! Washing lines outside, but within your villa balcony area, were brilliant too, for drying the washing outside. Plenty of line space, also important to us, as we travel light and need to wash clothing etc frequently). Maria is the fabulous cleaning lady, who worked around our time schedule, and again, very friendly and accommodating always keen to please us, above and beyond her duties too, lovely lady. Lovely clean swimming pool too. So all in all a great stay here, and would definitely stay here again another year, when we come back.

F-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c. A splendid, spacious place comfortable and equipped for up to 6 people. Unbeatable views, a great pool and very friendly owner (Chris) and local support staff (George & ladies). This is THE place to relax, chill out and let time pass. The closest village Petalidi with shops, pharmacy and restaurants is located about 5 min drive away, similar to the closest beach. You need a car to get to this hidden gem property. Equally don’t forget sun block, insect repellent and beach towels. Also a great place for children who can already swim or float in the pool (min depth 1.1m, max over 2m). We will come back!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα τις μέρες του Πάσχα! Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την Πύλο. Η επικοινωνία με την Ανεζίνα ήταν άμεση και η ίδια πρόσχαρη, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει για να περάσουμε όμορφα. Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία!

loved our stay,very relaxing and comfortable..Maria was an excellent communicator and Violetta did wonderful job with keeping it clean, especially with a baby.Pool area lovely . Will definitely return.

très chouette villa conforme à la description. Cuisine très bien équipée, il y a par exemple comme détail un presse-ail...belle piscine et très bel environnement. C'est vrai que la pompe à eau fait parfois du bruit ou les chiens du voisinages mais nous n'avons pas trouvé cela gênant, c'est la campagne. Il y a énormément de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs, plages, villages, sites et le guide de Chris est très utile pour trouver la maison. Bravo pour cela, Chris, c'est rare!!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
