I think the place is well-maintained and clean. It's close to the cost and has a great view. Just a heads up that if you carry lots of baggage, taking your stuff to the unit would be challenging. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. It's already mentioned in the description, so there is no surprise. Once you get to the unit, you will be amazed by the view and unit quality. Dan also helped us find a garage for the car we rented. It was easy to access and safe. Overall, I found Dan very helpful and responsive.

We have such a lovely time in Bocoli at Zhanna's Airbnb. The location is within walking distance of the lake, the beach, stores, and great restaurants - everything you need. And the apartment is very charming. Plus the AC AND the WiFi worked great. It was a 5 star experience : )

Leonardo was a great host! He communicated well and we kept in touch since the time we booked. He met us at check in and gave us local recommendations for restaurants after giving us a tour of his place. The location was very convenient and close to many restaurants that we could easily walk to at night. It had a wonderful view from the top floor and we enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the morning. If we return to Ischia in the future we would love to stay with Leonardo again!

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in der Wohnung bzw. Gegend verbracht. Beides hat uns sehr gefallen. Für uns Eltern sehr entspannend ist das separate Kinderzimmer. Es ist mit einem sehr gutem Doppelbett und hervorragenden Matratzen für die Kinder ausgestattet. Für Erwachsene wäre es evtl. ein wenig zu schmal. Vor allem konnten wir als Eltern so noch ein wenig länger die Abende ausklingen lassen, wie zu Hause. :-) Die Lage der Wohnung oberhalb von Sorrent, fernab vom Trubel, ist sehr erholsam und ideal für Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel / Amalfi-Küste oder von Sorrent beginnende Ausflüge z. B. nach Capri, wenn man mit einem (Miet-)Auto anreist. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen wunderbaren Fernblick sowohl in die Bergketten der Halbinsel Sorrent als auch auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv. Positiv hervorheben möchte wir die leistungsstarke und reaktionsschnelle Heizung der Wohnung und besonders die freundliche schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria. HERZLICHEN DANK.

Angelina非常热心非常有趣,用心的告诉我们房间的使用须知以及Wi-Fi连接，还有美食推荐。房间在山上，如果有大件行李的话需要先找到运输行李的公司运输,否则拿着行李上的谁会比较费劲. 除此之外，房间的阳台非常的平静漂亮，早上起来喝一杯咖啡非常的惬意，向大家推荐这里。

Maria was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. She offered to have us meet her at the accomodation when our train arrived so she could show us around the apartment and allow us to drop off our bags. The apartment is in a very lively area (the heart of the historic district) so there are lots of cafes, shops, and sights to take in. I did note that we could hear cars and street noise, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome to us, but keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep in a very quiet space. Either way, this apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Elisa was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the self check in and was flexible with the check in time. The house is 5 minutes from the train line that can bring you straight to Naples and Pompei

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

A very good stay in Naples at Fabrizios place. The apartment is on 2 levels which makes it unique. The place is about as authentic as it can be. It's situated in a renovated building with 2 interiour courts so you might see some Italian housewives cooking their pasta and doing the laundry. Many great coffee places around the apartment, Naples is such a big destination if you're a fan of good coffee. Not to mention the food. Recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful beachside property in Sorrento. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning views of the coastline. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Francesco was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket and recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene, beachside retreat in Sorrento.

What an amazing place in the heart of Sorrento! I had an amazing time and the hospitality was top-notch. The place was modern, extremely clean and easy to find.

A gem in Positano. As a family of 4 it was the perfect place for us all to stay together. The unit was spotless and we had everything that we needed and more! They provided a few treats, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, purified water and a small milk to get us started. That’s was a welcome treat!!! Sabrina communicated with us the entire time, met us at the door and ensured we had everything we needed. I recommend this unit to anyone and especially families traveling who wish to stay together. LOOK NO FURTHER!! One of the best Airbnb I ever stayed. If you come to Naples, forget about staying in the center of the city which is bit on dirty side and not as pleasant as other cities in Italy. This Airbnb is located in a beautiful & lively neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and transportation. Very Clean and modern apartment for up to 6 people. Sabrina who was very kind, professional and helpful which made our impression of Naples extra positive. She filled the fridge with essentials such as bottles of water, yogurt and variety of juices and milk even she left us bags of cookies and candies. Washer and Dryer worked great even Heater as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Airbnb to my friends. Two Thumbs up : ) My recommendation for Pizza in the neighborhood is Pizzeria Sandropizzettata Via Francesco Solimena, 72. Their Saporita pizza and local Naples beer were fantastic.

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

L’appartement correspondait dans l’ensemble à ce que nous attendions et tout le nécessaire est présent (même de superbes cafetières italiennes!!). Les deux douches sont très pratiques pour une famille. L’hébergement se trouve dans un quartier animé proche de très bons restaurants et d’une station de métro. C’est un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses visite dans la ville de Naples mais également pour Pompéi ou Erculano. Bon séjour !🙂

Appartement proche de la gare centrale pour aller à Pompéi, Herculanum ou le Vésuve jusqu’à Sorrento par la circumvesuviana. Proche aussi de Scappanapoli et de la cathédrale Notre Dame de l’Assomption, station de métro du Duomo à 2 minutes. Bien équipé et très propre. Je recommande.

Wer eine authentische und schöne Unterkunft im wohl lebhafsten Viertel in Neapel sucht ist hier richtig. Die Unterkunft ist entspannt zu Fuss oder auch mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Man merkt das die Gastgeber die Unterkunft mit viel liebe und Herzblut renoviert haben. In der Unterkunft hatte es alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jede Frage von mir wurde erinnert Minuten beantwortet, danke dafür! Wer also eine typische Neapel Unterkunft sucht, sollte diesen Ort unbedingt Buchen. Ich danke für alles.
